Our Initiatives
FAITH. EDUCATE. DEVELOP. EMPOWER. With Jesus, the Founder of our FAITH, (Hebrews 12:2), Founders Initiative has a mission that will help improve the lives of women and girls in Ghana. Our 4 “Initiatives” will provide great opportunities for women to receive a safe and affordable education, create jobs, offer hope in Jesus, have their basic life needs met, and develop leaders and disciples.
Through partnerships with individuals, foundations, corporations, and grant associations, we are bridging the gap focusing on equity in EDUCATION for empowering women and girls in Ghana to a brighter future.

Our Mission
To Establish A Brighter Future for the Women and Girls of Ghana.
The answer is simple: Ghanaians are the 2nd largest immigrant population in the US As such, their issues are in effect ours too!
With our supporting Scriptures Isiah 54:13 and Isaiah 60:21, we are creating an affordable FAITH-based charter school with a curriculum based on creative lessons using our unique STEAM education. We plan to continue our Supply Missions and Christian Outreach and expand into offering women’s health services, job training , and entrepreneurship.
