If you educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation."

About the Project

With over half of school-age girls experiencing sexual violence in public schools, we want to open Ghana's FIRST ALL-GIRLS PRIMARY SCHOOL to ensure all school-age girls have not only a safe, but an innovative, fun, and challenging place to learn.

We accept all girls regardless of tribe, race, creed, national origin, ethnicity, mental or physical disability, athletic or academic achievement, faith, or political affiliations have a safe

Our daily school activities and STEAM curriculum will be embedded with faith-based lessons.

We believe that in Proverbs 22:6 and Isaiah 54:13.

If we discipline and train our students, they will be taught of the Lord, they shall have great prosperity, and they shall become all God has called them to be!

Founders School for Girls will be a Christ-Centered Institution . We anticipate opening August 2023 for the academic year.

We focus not just on subjects and content, but specialize on empowering girl to develop disciples and leaders.

Girls who experience sexual violence in schools in Ghana.

What We Believe

We focus on STEAM Education, which is much more than just content and subject matter; we focus on empowering girls and educating the whole learner.

Our Vision

A Christian faith-based S.T.E.A.M. curriculum to educate, develop, and empower the women and girls of Ghana.

As we focus on girl's education, we believe it is the catalyst for the growth of an individual and a nation. With their education, they can break the cycle of poverty, and be employable in the competitive Ghanaian job market. We specialize in ensuring that all Ghanaian Girls of school-going age, especially those with physical, mental, emotional, financial or other special needs, have a Christian education, equal access and SAFE opportunities, and a STEAM education.

All curriculum will be embedded in Scripture including daily morning prayers and weekly chapel services

Focus on a STEM approach with individualized learning.

"To simply focus on what we put into children, we miss the mark; but rather we must focus on what we bring out to empower children."-Pastor Dr. Joy Kwakuyi, Psychologist & Senior Pastor

Learning should be fun and creative. Never boring. For example, reading books when the words become alive and play like a scene from a movie.

Great teachers should be trusted, provide guidance and lead by example.
