Our Story is 'HIS'tory
Founders Initiative's story is HIS story because we exist upon Jesus - the Founder and Perfecter of our Faith (Hebrews 12:2) and also to celebrate the 6 Ghana's "Founding Fathers" holiday.
We give all glory to God for our First Year! In that time we have celebrated:
- Supply Missions - Donating Bibles, Feminine Care, and Basic Goods
- Witnessed 100's of Salvation all over Ghana, US, AND Mexico
- Partnered with Churches, Businesses, and Non profits who align with our Christian Values and Mission, Familia De Fe is our core partner.
- Raised over $30,000 in donations in 3 years.
- Received In Kind Donations of : Bibles, Feminine Needs, and Basic Supplies Valued at over $2000
- Launched our Parenting Training Youtube in Spring 2025!
In just 3 short year,s we have seen first-hand families who experience the effects of domestic abuse, poverty, homeless and are in need of Jesus. That is, unless Founders Initiative can stand in the gap to FEED THE NATIONS NOW!

US Leadership
Dr. Christyn Ryan
President | Founder
Dr. Christyn is an Ordained Children and Discipleship Pastor with a DMin in Educational Ministry. She brings over 25 years experience in US Public Education, a Master's Degree in Educational Curriculum, and is the Author of Keys to the Kingdom Children's Discipleship Book. Her hard-work, service, and passion to Founders Initiative; along with her unique God-given gift for teaching with creativity and high energy inspires and motivates children and adults alike. Angel Hall
Treasurer
Angel is our New Treasurer at Founders Initiative. She is a published author and her first children's book, Mouse in a Cup, is available on Amazon. As a 20 year Veteran Teacher and Nanny, she has a passion for serving and giving to others, especially children and families in need.
Vanessa Tiakram
Secretary
Vanessa is our New Secretary at Founders Initiative. She is a long-time friend of Angel and Christyn. She loves to serve others and has a heart for loving others.
