We continue to provide EMPOWER women by providing Bibles, feminine needs, and other basic life supplies through various trips and missions throughout the year.
Future Expansion
FOUNDERS SCHOOL & TEACHERS ACADEMY
PLANNED FOR 2023
As part of our Mission to EDUCATE women and girls in Ghana, we will open the first one and only All-girls Primary school in Ghana. We anticipate opening Founders School in 2023. The Christian faith-based school will be committed to being a place of spiritual vitality and academic excellence, while fostering a healthy, safe, judgement-free environment.
We currently have interested staff and a waitlist of students who are eager for enrollment to begin.
We hope that the All-girls school will lead to creating more jobs in Ghana through the school and so that many girls who graduate will go onto our College Exchange Program in the US.
CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

Planning our partnership in the future with local universities in Arizona , we hope to offer 4 year college scholarships to develop leaders and disciples of Christ

Many women in Ghana do not have the means to escape abusive situations. We hope to EMPOWER women with a refuge or HINTABEA with dedicated services in the future.

The Founders Initiative exists to provide Christ-Like leadership, vision, and partnerships with individuals, businesses, banks, other industry leaders in education. Our efforts include global and community outreach to continue our supply missions and opening of the first all-girls primary school, teachers academy, and expanding into college exchange programs, and women’s services in the future.

As students graduate they can become contributing members of society and be a part of Ghana’s economic and workforce development.
Provide access to proper medical care, education, and basic every day necessities for the women of Ghana who live in unsafe housing.
