Supporting the Women and Girls in Ghana.

THE FOUNDERS SCHOOL

OPENING FALL 2022

As part of our Mission to EDUCATE women and girls in Ghana, we will open the first one and only All-girls Primary school in Ghana. We anticipate opening The Founders School to coincide with the final term of the 2022 academic year in the fall. The Christian faith-based school will be committed to being a place of spiritual vitality and academic excellence, while fostering a healthy, safe, judgement-free environment. We currently have interested staff and a waitlist of students who are eager for enrollment to begin. We hope that the All-girls school will lead to creating more jobs in Ghana and that many girls who graduate will go onto our future College Exchange Program in WA.

TEACHERS ACADEMY

OPENING WINTER 2022

Because our mission and vision is unique at Founders Initiative, so is our approach to teaching our students. By offering a Teachers Academy, we will be providing an opportunity to create new jobs for woman and ignite economic development in Ghana.

Our focus is not only to instill knowledge into our students, but to DEVELOP individuals who can function effectively and and EMPOWER them to contribute maximally to society. Teachers will be trained in creative approaches to EDUCATE and ensure that they meet the needs of individual students.

Future Expansion

COLLEGE EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

PLANNED FOR 2023

With our partnership with the West African Center in Lynwood, WA, we hope to offer 4-year college scholarship to economically disadvantages women throughout Ghana.

SUPPLY MISSIONS

SINCE 2021

We continue to provide EMPOWER women by providing bibles, feminine needs, and other basic life supplies through various trips and missions throughout the year.

WOMEN’S SERVICE
